Booking questions
Do I pay anything now?
No. The reservation is free and no card is asked for. You pay the tour price per person on the tour day.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour day — a WhatsApp message with your reference is enough.
Can I book for someone else, or for a group?
Yes. Enter the lead guest's name and phone and the number of adults, children and infants. For groups larger than the form allows, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Online, yes — until the day before. For a same-day request, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether there is a place in the vehicle.
