What a reservation is
By sending the booking form you reserve places on a Sapadere Canyon tour and in its transfer for a specific date. The reservation is free: nothing is charged online and no card is asked for. You pay the operator on the tour day, in euros, at the price shown when you reserved — the adult price for guests aged 11 and over, the child price for ages 4 to 10, and nothing for infants up to 3.
The total shown in the form is calculated from the current prices; the reservation system confirms it and that confirmed amount is what you pay. Optional cave tickets, drinks, personal expenses and — on the Side departure — the canyon entrance ticket are not part of the price and are paid locally.
Pickup and the tour day
Hotel pickup is included from the areas listed on the tour page. The pickup time depends on your hotel and the day's route and is confirmed with you the day before; the times printed on this site are typical, not guaranteed. Please be at your hotel entrance a few minutes early. A guest who is not at the pickup point at the confirmed time may miss the tour without refund of any amount paid.
The canyon
The canyon walkway has steps and uneven sections and is not suitable for guests with serious mobility difficulties or for a pushchair. Swimming in the natural pools is optional, at the guest's own decision, only where the guide allows it; the water is cold all year. Guests follow the guide's instructions on the walkway, at the pools and in the vehicle. Outside food and drink are not taken into the canyon.
Changes and weather
After heavy rain or in winter conditions access to the canyon may be limited. If the tour cannot run, we offer another date or cancel the reservation free of charge. The order of stops and the exact itinerary may change on the day for reasons of safety, road conditions or group needs.
Liability
Local travel insurance for the transfer and the tour is included. It is not a substitute for your own travel and health insurance. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for deciding whether the walk and the cold water are suitable for them; ask us before booking if in doubt.
