Sapadere Canyon hotel pickup: where, when and how

The two belts

The canyon tour and the Dim River tour collect from the Alanya belt — Okurcalar, İncekum, Avsallar, Türkler, Konaklı, Alanya centre, Oba, Kestel, Mahmutlar and Kargıcak — every day. The tour from Side collects from the Side coast — Gündoğdu, Çolaklı, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Side, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç and Kızılot — on Wednesdays and Sundays. Payallar, Gazipaşa and Tosmur are not pickup areas, and no page on this site says they are.

How your time is set

The vehicle collects a route of hotels, so your time depends on where your hotel sits on that route and who else is travelling that day. On the Alanya tours pickups fall in the 08:30–09:30 window on the canyon tour and around 08:55 on the Dim River tour. On the Side departure the operator publishes a typical time per resort — from around 08:20 in Gündoğdu to around 09:50 in Kızılot — and confirms your own. In every case a person messages you the day before with your time.

Why it is confirmed, not printed

A fixed minute typed into a web page would be wrong for half the hotels on the route, and a wrong pickup time is the one mistake a guest cannot forgive. So the site gives the window and the operator gives the minute. Be at the hotel entrance a few minutes early; the vehicle does not wait long, because forty other guests are waiting in it.

Your hotel is not in the directory?

Each pickup area page prints the operator's own hotel directory for that resort. It is a convenience, not a limit: type your hotel into the booking form and we confirm the pickup by hand. If a hotel is genuinely outside the belt, we say so before the day rather than on it.

Drop-off

Back at the same hotel entrance in the afternoon — about 7 hours after pickup on the canyon tour, about 8 on the Dim River tour, about 8 from Side. The return moves with the group and the road, so it is a length of day, not a clock time.
