Free cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour day. A WhatsApp message with your booking reference is enough. Because nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund.
Later cancellations and no-shows
Within 24 hours of the tour, and if you do not appear at the confirmed pickup, the places have been held and the transfer arranged for you; the operator may ask for the tour price. Tell us as early as you can — a person can often move the date instead.
If we cancel
If the canyon cannot be reached — heavy rain, winter conditions, a closed road — or the departure does not run, we move your reservation to another date of your choice or cancel it without any charge.
Changing a reservation
To change the date, the tour or the number of guests, message us on WhatsApp with your reference. Changes are free and are confirmed by a person, subject to places on the new date.
