What we collect
When you reserve a tour we record your name, phone number, e-mail address if you give one, hotel and room number, the chosen tour and date, the number of adults, children and infants, and anything you write in the notes.
When you send an enquiry or a private-tour request we record your name and phone number, and your e-mail address, preferred date, group size and hotel if you give them. When you leave a review we store the name you enter, your rating and your text; a review appears only after a person has read and approved it.
Why we need it
To confirm your reservation, tell you your pickup time, organise the vehicle and the guide, and plan the day around your party — a vegetarian lunch, a wheelchair user, an infant. We also send you the booking confirmation and a reminder before the tour. Nothing else.
What we never collect
No card or bank details. Nothing is paid through this website and no card is asked for: you pay the operator on the tour day, so no payment data passes through this site.
Who sees it
Your reservation is stored in the operator's reservation system and passed to the driver and the guide of your day — nobody else. We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertisers. We use WhatsApp for questions; if you write to us there, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to the transmission.
Cookies and statistics
This website sets no advertising cookies and embeds no third-party tracker, which is why there is no cookie banner. Visits are counted with our own cookieless statistics: the page viewed, the approximate origin of the visit, the device type and the language — not you as a person.
Your rights
Write to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Booking data is kept only as long as running the tour and the season's accounting require.
