Near the end of the run

Position on the route decides the whole shape of your morning, and Kızılağaç has an unusual one. Six stops are worked before yours — Gündoğdu, Çolaklı, Evrenseki and Kumköy west of Side, then Side itself, then Titreyengöl on the lagoon — and only Kızılot comes after. By the time the coach reaches your entrance at around 09:45, the coast is aboard, the morning's first stops are already behind the driver, and the guide has already said hello twice. You get to eat breakfast

The resorts in the west are collected before a lot of hotel buffets have properly opened, which is why their pages talk about buying something at the comfort stop. That problem is not yours. Eat at the hotel like any ordinary morning, then walk out to the entrance. And do eat: the next meal the fare pays for is lunch in the Alanya region, the walk in high season is warm work, and anything you want before then is bought for yourself at the morning comfort stop. What the published hours mean from here

The tour from Side is described as about 8 hours. The record does not split that figure stop by stop, so treat it as the shape of the whole departure rather than a measure of your own: what the operator's table does show is that Kızılağaç is called second to last — so the stretch you personally sit through is shorter than it is for a guest at the other end of the coast, while the time at the canyon itself is identical for every seat on board. The same arithmetic runs backwards in the afternoon. The coast is handed back from east to west, so Kızılağaç gets its guests returned early in the sequence: you are indoors while the coach is still driving.

A late stop is a moving stop

Here is the honest cost of the position. Six pickups sit in front of yours, and any of them can run long — a guest who overslept, a gate the coach cannot turn into, a road through Side that is busier than usual. So read around 09:45 as the middle of a bracket, not as a promise. Be downstairs and finished with breakfast before it, keep the morning free of anything else, and expect the time you are given a day ahead to be the better figure. What you pay, and where

Reserving costs nothing and asks for no card. You settle up with the operator in euros on the tour day itself: €35 for adults, €23 for children 4–10, free for infants up to 3. That covers the transfer, the guide, lunch and the day's insurance.
